Sådan foregår en reparation af gjordeflet
En professionel gjordeflet reparation begynder altid med en vurdering af stolens konstruktion og de eksisterende gjorder. Vi afmonterer det gamle flet med stor omtanke, så træværket ikke tager skade, og vi kontrollerer alle fastgøringspunkter, før det nye flet monteres. Derefter udvælges den korrekte type hør- eller bomuldsbånd, som spændes præcist og flettes i et ensartet mønster, så både styrke og æstetik bevares.
Processen afsluttes med en grundig kvalitetskontrol, hvor vi sikrer, at sædet eller ryglænet har den rette spænding og siddekomfort. Resultatet er en stol, der fremstår som ny - men stadig med respekt for det originale design.
The broad braid expression
Girdle braid is a type of braid where the braid is woven in a checkered pattern, with wide strips woven in different types of fabric, often in linen (leather girdles are also used). It is braided, so to speak, in a Christmas heart, and it gives a very distinctive appearance that fits incredibly well with many classic designer chairs.
We would like to note here that many chairs that can be braided with straps can also be braided with sjenner, and it always turns out incredibly beautiful!

Armchair with webbing
A webbing armchair combines classic craftsmanship with timeless design. The webbing is often made of linen or cotton ribbons that are tightly and precisely tensioned to create a strong and comfortable seating surface. This technique was particularly popular with designers such as Alvar Aalto , who in the 1930s made webbing a hallmark of Scandinavian furniture culture.

The broad braid expression
Bruno Mathsson's chairs are often seen in the homes of architects and experienced connoisseurs of design classics. They are also available with a matching footstool and are known for their simple elegance. The wicker is made with straps that form a characteristic pattern and is available in different color tones. Alternatively, the chairs can also be woven with leather, which gives an exclusive and unique expression.
